Job Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement robust, flexible and scalable solutions to the business problems in hand.
• Contribute to optimization of overall application architecture and documentation.
• Totally understand and contribute to the product road map.
• Foster a strong development culture, manage team of highly talented developers, create a learning path for fellow devs, and lead them by example.
• Setup best practices for development and champion their adoption.

Ideal Candidate :

• Has at least 6 years of experience building progressive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks with strong focus on UI / UX.
• Has at least 3 years of solid development experience with MERN Stack.
• Has a “If it can go wrong – it will go wrong mindset” and can bake that into design and implementation.
• Has good exposure working with high scale Production applications.
• Has attention to detail, sound problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Has an awareness about microfrontends and server side rendering.
• Has good experience working with Production deployment and monitoring tools like Kubernetes / Docker Swarm, and Datadog.
• Experience working in AI/ML domain is a plus
