Position Overview:

We are looking for a Network Engineer who is passionate about networking technologies and eager to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

2. Provide support for troubleshooting network-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.

3. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components.

4. Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and protect against potential threats.

5. Collaborate with senior network engineers to implement best practices for network design, security, and maintenance.

6. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

3. Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

4. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus but not required.
