Designation : Senior Manager Quality Assurance
Location : Bangalore
Position Summary :
This role is based out of India and would lead the Quality Engineering team members within HE India. This role will also be responsible for implementing testing best practices for the testers belonging to HE’s vendor organization. With the end goal of minimizing defect leakage into production environment, this role would be responsible for implementing technical and process best practices such as test data generation, customer like testing, test suite stability, breaking down test suite into manageable chunks for improved CI/CD pipeline , RCA process etc. This role would have a matrix reporting structure – to Head of India Operations and to Senior Director Quality Assurance in HE Head Office in Burlington.
