Senior React Designer

We are seeking a well-experienced Senior React Designer for our product. A React designer is responsible for the design and implementation of user interfaces (UIs) and UI components using React. They develop and maintain UIs for web apps.

What are my roles and responsibilities?

1. Converting Pages into HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Designing.
2. Responsible for Building React component.
3. Good experience in creating custom reusable react components Library.
4. Participate in analyzing Requirement Document, Design Documents, and technical specifications documents and getting clarification on the requirements if required.
5. Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and optimize its execution.
6. Proactively seek to make continuous improvements to the application and develop reuse components.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
8. Comply with standards, procedures, design guidelines, priorities, and schedules.
9. Testing and improving the design of the website.
10. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
11. Work on campaigns for internal teams, which will include intranet banners, mailers, posters, wallpapers, etc.
12. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

What skills and experiences would I bring into this role?

1. 3-5 years of experience in React Design.
2. A bachelor/master's degree in interaction design or related UI degree.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Balsamiq or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
4. Must have knowledge on React HTML
5. Good experience of converting PSD files to HTML / CSS
6. Strong knowledge of design principles.
7. Experience in developing responsive multi-platform cross browser / multi resolution user interfaces and design.
8. Experience in Web design and development, print and online media.
9. Strong conceptual development, layout and illustration skill.
10. Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
11. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
12. Proactive and communicative to be closely aligned within the Product Management and customer requirements.
