Cloud Release management will collaborate will all the engineering teams within the TSO organization and advocate for quality delivery of products for both internal and external Pega Cloud clients. The team responsible for the software release management lifecycle, including Planning of the software releases, tracking, risk management, testing, communication, and release/deployment along with it focusing on coordinating various aspects of production and projects into one integrated solution.

What You'll Do at Pega:
• Planning and implement cloud-based Software release life cycle.
• Producing deployment, implementation, and run books plans.
• Tracking results of test automation suites
• Collaborating cross-functionally. Manage relationships and coordinate projects between different teams.
• Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in time with the release schedule.
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration and development (CI/CD) tools & Jenkins
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements
Who You Are:
What You've Accomplished:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools & Delivery model.
• Knowledge in any one of the scripting languages such as Python and Lambda, and configuration management tool such as Ansible
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Any cloud certification (AWS, GCP or AZURE)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualification
• Having hands on DevOps, continuous integration and development (CI/CD) tools & Jenkins
• Managing the development of deliverables into production environments
• Maintaining release schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with major, minor, patches and other stakeholders.
• Working with release engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Good with troubleshooting and RCA using monitoring data and log analysis
