Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Quality Engineer, with a strong focus on testing Salesforce applications.

3. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

4. Proficient in test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.

5. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile development practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

6. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar systems.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential quality risks and improvements.

8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

9. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable.

10. Experiences with performance testing and profiling tools, such as JMeter or Salesforce Inspector, is a plus.
