Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Cloud

We’re looking for someone who can:

• AWS knowledge, especially in Storage, Security, EKS, and networking (3-7 years of hands-on experience).
• Proficiency in database management, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL (3-5 years hands-on experience).
• Familiarity with operating system deployments, including Yum and other installation utilities (3-5 years of hands-on experience).
• Strong Linux expertise (5-7 years hands-on experience).
• Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes (3-7 years of hands-on skills).
• Preferred certification as a Kubernetes Admin.
• Strong technical support background, preferably in an Enterprise Software Company.
• A customer-centric attitude with a dedication to the "Customer comes First" philosophy.
• Effective communication skills, enabling the explanation of technical concepts to a broader audience.
• Proficiency in project management, including task documentation and summaries for executives.
• A process-oriented approach mindset.
