As the Sr Software Engineer, you will work on teams directly impacting our mission of building the next evolution of the knowledge worker digital frontier. We do this by prioritizing, guiding, and automating work at the personal level. Your goal: Write scalable, optimized code and guide the team to support our ShareFile business.

• Technical Competency
• Code Quality: Deliver high quality code considering design patterns, security, performance, and optimization inclusive of the necessary unit and integration tests.
• Best Practices: Understand the organization’s best practices guidelines and adhere to it.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the component of the product which you own.
• Individual Contributor: Highly motivated and act with no intervention from the senior members of team.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving: Strive to innovate and solve complex problems. Aim to develop solutions that are not just efficient but also creative and forward-thinking.

• Agile: Should be well versed with the Agile methodology.

• Mentor: Mentor and guide other members on the team wherever there is opportunity for knowledge sharing.

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience..
• Proficient with at least 2 or more of the following technologies: C# Net, NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core, and DevOps tooling or technologies.
• A strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; Algorithms and Data structures is required.
• Demonstrated experience in writing clean code in large codebases is required.
• This role will require excellent communications skills, must be highly motivated, have a strong need to achieve and a continuous learning mindset.
• Good understanding on any of client-side framework like reactJS, Angular etc.
• Hands-on in writing PL-SQL queries and stored procedures
