What You’ll Do

💻 Frontend First – Build high-performance, interactive UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS

🤖 AI-Powered Interfaces – Leverage LLMs (GPT models) & AI-driven personalization for smarter UX

⚡ Fullstack Mastery – Work on Java Spring Boot, AWS, PostgreSQL, and microservices to power the backend

📈 Real-Time Data Handling – Optimize email analytics dashboards with WebSockets, SSE & caching

🎨 Pixel-Perfect UI/UX – Design fluid, responsive experiences with Framer Motion & micro-animations

🚀 Performance Optimization – Speed up apps with Code-Splitting, Lazy Loading & Web Workers

🔗 API Magic – Build & integrate GraphQL & REST APIs for seamless data exchange

🔍 Testing & Automation – Write unit & integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

What We’re Looking For

🛠 7+ years of experience in Fullstack Development (Frontend-heavy)

⚛️ React Guru – Hooks, Context API, Server Components, Next.js, and State Management (Redux/Zustand)

☕ Java & Spring Boot – Strong backend skills in building scalable microservices

☁️ AWS Expertise – Experience with Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, and cloud deployments

💡 AI Curious? Experience or interest in GPT models, LLMs & AI-driven UI experiences

🌐 Performance Geek – Knows how to optimize large-scale React apps & API interactions

🖼 UI/UX Enthusiast – Loves creating sleek, interactive, and accessible designs
