Experience (must have):

• Bachelor's with a minimum 5+ years including 1+ year leading a team
• Master's with a minimum 4+ years including 1+ year leading a team

Location: Pune or Bengaluru

As a Lead/Architect, you do the heavy lifting of major changes and are responsible for defining, designing, researching, prototyping, and implementing new features, frameworks, and future iterations. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to jump in and explore new challenges. You’re a natural collaborator and can work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 80% hands-on (Python/Go-lang) and 20% team mentoring & management.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Create scalable and extendable designs of components and understand the principles of Sensible Defaults and Privacy by Design.
• Design, implement, and maintain server-side components and APIs using Python and Go Lang.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to develop robust and scalable backend solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and implement security best practices.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL and Redis) to design and manage data models, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (GCP, Azure).

The compensation range for this role is up to 40 lacs and will be based on your experience and interview performance.
