About Global Customer Success and Solution Architecture
As a Senior Solution Architect within Cognite's Global Customer Success Organization (GCS), you'll be a key player in our architecture profession. With offices in Austin, Houston, Oslo, Stavanger, Tokyo, and soon Bengaluru, our diverse GCS team includes Project Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects specializing in Oil and Gas, Power, and Manufacturing. This role is part of the EMEA Delivery organization, supporting customer and partner projects in MENA and SEA regions.
In this customer-facing role, you'll collaborate directly with key customers, partners, field sales, delivery teams, and product development. Leveraging your seniority and technical expertise, you'll lead international industrial customers towards increased productivity, profitability, reduced environmental impact, and lower costs.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes by recommending best-practice cloud architectures aligned with their long-term needs. You will drive technical solution discussions, diving deep into complex problems to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
Our clients are large international process and energy industries facing challenges in asset performance, maintenance, production efficiency, and sustainability. Together with the team, you'll define solutions and guide each integration to successful completion.
