Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description

About the Role: 

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for building technology solutions based on customers’/ prospects’ technology stack to demonstrate differentiated value propositions and enable sales revenue from new and existing customers. This role partners with the Sales, Go to Market, and Customer Success to deliver impact and is also responsible for building the solution engineering organization for the region.

What you will do:

Pre-Sales Support:

- Engage with prospects to understand their technical requirements and business needs.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the audience.

- Develop and deliver technical proposals, including solution architecture and integration plans.

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account planning and customer engagement.

Technical Expertise:

- Provide detailed technical explanations of our products and services to customers.

- Address and resolve technical questions or concerns from prospects and existing clients.

- Stay abreast with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Solution Design:

- Design and propose customised solutions that address specific customer requirements.

- Create and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects to validate the solution fit.

What are we looking for? 

Must Have: 

- B Tech with experience in B2B product sales organization

- 5+ years of experience in building technical solutions for B2B/ SaaS sales for Enterprise products

- Experience of working with cross functional stakeholders

- Strong technical background with experience in Mobile Apps/Website development or any marketing automation tool.

Measure of Success:

- Win ratio for large deals/ named accounts

- Booking/ ARR

Competencies: 

- Functional competencies: Understanding of technologies in user retention/ CRM/ CDM, understanding of sales process/ tools, technology ecosystem/ integration

- Behavioral competencies: Business and commercial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical skills, people leadership
