What makes you the right fit for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML coding and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital adaption platforms and the ability to create documentation for  integration with such platforms.
  • Proficiency in XML and experience in creating documentation using XML authoring tools.
  • Extensive experience in API documentation, including documenting RESTful APIs and SDKs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative documentation tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your ability to create high-quality technical documentation.
