Trustt has consistently grown through the last decade and built a state-of-the-art Digital Banking Saas Platform to power new age & progressive Banks/NBFCs/MFIs/Fintechs based on cutting edge, cloud native, mobile first, AI powered systems. Our robust product portfolio is forward-looking and high up the FinTech value chain. We work with cutting edge technologies and with some of the best institutions in the banking and financial services space.

DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery, including building, testing, and deploying applications.
• Infrastructure Automation: Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure resources.
• Configuration Management: Manage configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible to ensure consistent and reliable configuration of servers, applications, and services.
• Cloud Computing: Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure, services, and applications.
• Release Management: Collaborate with development and operations teams to plan and coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protect systems and data.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration between development, operations, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Identify and resolve technical issues and incidents, troubleshoot production problems, and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• DevOps Toolchain Management: Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in the DevOps ecosystem and evaluate, implement, and maintain appropriate tools to improve the software development and delivery process.

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets:-

• Source Code Management: Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems for source code management and collaboration.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Configuration Management: Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible to manage and maintain consistent system configurations.
• Cloud Platforms: Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of cloud services, networking, and security.
• Containerization: Proficiency in container technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for scalable and portable deployments.
• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for system monitoring, metrics collection, and log analysis.
• Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and build tooling.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, including secure coding principles, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS or GDPR.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and facilitate smooth cooperation between development, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Agile and DevOps Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles to drive collaboration, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
