Join Our Team: Software Development Engineer (SDE-3), Platform Integrations

Position Overview:

As an integral member of our Platform Integrations team, the Software Development Engineer (SDE-3) plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission. This full-time, on-site position is based out of our Bangalore office. You'll be at the heart of designing and expanding our Integration Platform, a critical component that connects our SaaS solution with a myriad of external systems including online marketplaces, webstore platforms, ERP systems, shipping carriers, and more. You will focus on enhancing the platform's scalability, handling vast amounts of data exchanges daily, and refine its architecture. Additionally, you will also aim to improve the developer experience, streamline the creation of new integrations, and reduce turnaround times. You will also build towards enabling external applications to effortlessly connect with the platform via APIs or webhooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale the Integration Platform to support extensive data exchanges and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust software solutions.
• Focus on enhancing developer experience, optimizing the integration process, and reducing development timelines.
• Enable seamless external application integration through the development of APIs and webhooks.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in the MERN stack, particularly Node.js.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, MongoDB, GraphQL, and backend-end related tools
• Experience with queues or message brokers like RabbitMQ, KAFKA, Amazon SQS
• Knowledge of Unit testing and testing tools including Jest is an add-on
• A bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative approach to software development.
