Oversee release-over-release performance testing activities, benchmarking, triage to identify and address performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Maintain and enhance Performance benchmarking frameworks to ensure their sustainability and effectiveness.
Extend API coverage and workflow coverage to enhance the depth and breadth of performance benchmarking.
Conduct performance benchmarking for customers, providing recommendations based on cluster sizing and other relevant factors.
Engage with customers to address performance issues and service crashes, developing customer profiles to better understand their needs and challenges.
Analyze customer-reported defects and issues, identifying trends and patterns to inform future testing and development efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and replicate customer test beds in solution environments.
Analyze customer profile, replicate those profile in house as testbed and conduct endurance tests.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4years of experience in Python development, Automation framework & tools development, API automation, scripting.
Strong understanding of performance benchmarking methodologies and best practices.
Ability to Design and maintain CI/CD jenkins pipelines and experience with groovy script.
Good Debugging skills involving distributed systems, preferably on Linux.
Prior experience towards building test strategies and tests which are more lean in nature and ability to find critical bugs using automation testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
