Job Title : Sr. CI/CD Infrastructure Specialist in Test

The candidate will be a key member of the o9 R&D platform certification team and will be focused and contributing to :

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Handling zero downtime upgrades and ensuring minimal disruptions to the software development and deployment processes.
• Collaborating with software developers to understand application requirements and integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Creating and executing automated tests for build jobs and deployment pipelines to validate software quality and functionality.
• Providing guidance and training to the QA team to enhance their automation skills and ensure alignment with CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the CI/CD pipeline, build jobs, and test automation frameworks.
• Staying current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in CI/CD and test automation.
• Participating in code and design reviews to ensure testability and test coverage.

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD infrastructure development, test automation, and continuous integration.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and platforms, particularly Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Proven ability to handle zero downtime upgrades and minimize service disruptions.
• Strong experience in creating and testing build jobs, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and train QA team members.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and best practices.
