As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for-

• Leading and developing a team through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Working on the virtualization stack (QEMU, QAPI, QMP) and VM optimization.
• Researching, proposing, and integrating relevant open-source projects based on product objectives
• Providing technical expertise and leadership for your team.
• Developing and Engineering on the software running on the hosts in our data centers

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience having written highly available and optimized software running on large distributed production environments.
• Demonstrate your experience on developing software that solves problems on QEMU, Scheduling, Live migrations, memory organization, API, debugging, async IO
• Be proficient in writing organized, efficient, and well documented code in in any(but not limited) of the following language( Perl, Python, Go.)
• Have experience designing abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation and creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges
• Have Excellent communication and documentation skills
