Job Description

Experience: 3+ years

•  Understand use cases to design, develop, and execute test plans and tests for SaaS workflows
•  Identify exit criteria and prioritize test requirements
• Verify, report, and track defects found in testing and complete the defect resolution cycle
•  Provide exceptional service to technology and business partners
• Ensure consistency and quality in automated testing delivery
• Apply technical expertise and understanding of current industry best practices to assist in defining automation strategy, and to drive forward strategic initiatives.
•  Use advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex testing challenges
•  Develop effective test data management strategies for automated test suites
•  Research new products and industry methodologies, and facilitate the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Review and provide input on test strategies and plans written by others
• Assist in the development of automation skills for all team members, including manual testers

 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated testing solutions
• 2+ years of experience working with the Agile methodology, and related testing and test automation techniques
• Experience working with and developing automated test scripts using test automation tools & frameworks such as QTP/UFT or Selenium.
• Applied expertise developing automated scripts using programming and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby
• Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience working with keyword and data-driven test automation frameworks
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries
• Insurance Testing Experience
• QA certification like ISTBQ, CAST, CSQA, CQE etc will be preferable.
• Engineering degree or Master of Science degree
• Primary Skill : UI automation(Selenium with Python
