As a Solutions Head, you will interpret and translate client requirements/demands into solutions that can be pre-configured, on our next generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). You will drive technical strategy for vertical solutions that will be conceived and pre-built on our platform and provide strategic insights to our team and act as the trusted advisor for our customers and drive deep technical engagement. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in SAAS, with working experience on converting whitespaces into industry specific solutions that drives AI driven conversational platform adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Conceive, Model, Design and Architect end to end solutions that could drive faster offtake of our platform (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute).
Visualize UI/UX and end user experience for conceived solutions
Analyse market demand and revenue potential for solutions conceived
Aligning solution architecture (including a statement of work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
Provide architectural guidance
Working closely with product owners to help gather and refine requirements for upcoming product features
Propel discussions with senior technical and management personnel within customers and driving value creation and shaping technical solutions as per the needs
Keep abreast of sales trends to increase credibility in the industry and gather market insights, product feedback and frequently update the product teams on the new requirements
Requirements
3+ years of experience in conceiving and defining industry specific vertical solution, preferably in a SAAS platform
Track record of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
Experience in implementation of security and data protection
Experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems
Pilot processes to directly influence the overall Product development and improve the way our customers use our solutions
Technical fluency, understanding and discussing architectural concepts and provide guidance for implementation strategies
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Drive existing and new product feature adoption
Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing to address issues, questions, and requests

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
