- Manage implementation projects throughout all delivery stages and under tight deadlines. This includes defining and monitoring timeline and resource planning, administering project documentation, including solution specifications and requirements, design documents, project templates, client acceptances, etc., define and manage project risks, oversee solution customization and data loading, QA, end-user training, solution testing and results, and report on project health.
- Work to ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met or exceeded.
- Work with the Resource Manager to define resource requirements and ensure proper resource allocation to projects.
- Proactively communicate with clients about that status of commitments and deliverables, ensuring that appropriate expectations are being set and risks are being escalated in a timely manner.
- Help ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing insights into progress of delivery and by resolving blockers as they occur.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of assigned projects to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired project outputs.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer’s questions and concerns on project tracking and delivery, including billing inquiries.
- Complete project evaluations and assessment of results to identify lessons learned and incorporate to the knowledge base.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Alternative Investment and Lending industry.
- Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle.
- Track record of delivering successful projects on a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.
- 7 to 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
- Ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
