About the Role:

LuminaData is an early stage start-up building AI coworkers for Finance teams. Our product is designed to assist finance teams in automating, scheduling, and executing manual tasks such as reconciliation, financial reporting, data aggregation, and analysis.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with upto 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend and frontend development, with extensive experience in Python, Django, Node.js, and React. Additionally, experience with integrating third-party connectors such as QuickBooks and Salesforce will be valuable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and robust applications using Python, Django, Node.js, and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Design, develop, and maintain data connectors like Quickbooks, Bill.com etc to integrate various data sources into our system.
• Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong track record in software development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and database design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with LLMs and vector databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
