Ultra-Modern and well equipped, The ACI Datacenter in India and overseas location provide all customer facing and corporate environments infrastructure support to all product line and provides industry-leading products to enable financial institutions to effectively manage transactions through the card payment lifecycle. These products are utilized by card acquirers, issuers, and institutions connecting to the card vendor clearing networks (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX etc.). 

Core Job Description:

• Primary Responsibilities: Oversee and Administrate Azure Cloud Datacenter Administration, Windows server installation, maintenance, monitoring, data backup and recovery, security, and administration.
• Expertise in Azure Datacenter Management and Azure Skill proficiency is Mandatory.  
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Azure support and troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print Server, Group Policies, Windows Patch Management), with desirable knowledge of the latest VMware ESXi versions.
• Experience: Extensive experience with Azure Datacenter Support, Azure Datacenter Automation Support, DevOps Pipeline Support, Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 and IBM Bigfix compliance.
• Administrative Skills: Group Policy administration and configuration, Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
• Disaster Recovery: Awareness and planning for disaster recovery and incident responses.
• Support: Provide after-hours support for infrastructure-related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
• Networking: Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
• Frameworks: Strong knowledge of ITIL and Azure support.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 Shift Rotation and On-call coverage support.
• Support Azure datacenter cloud storage.
• Deliver L1, L2, and L3 system operations support.
• Manage triage and troubleshooting with 24*7 Shift rotation.
• Handle problem management, incident management, and change management.
• Execute BAU changes and support for AOD Enterprise Windows/VMware systems.
• Support incident management teams operationally.
• Manage VMware and ESX patching.
• Support disaster recovery activities.
• Conduct weekly/monthly management and reporting.
• Participate in audit support and vulnerability mitigation.
• Execute project support and ensure proper documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in Windows administration. 4+ Azure Administration, good experience in VMware Administration
• Certifications: Azure expert certified, VMware Certification and Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: Positive, self-motivated, team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the card payments industry.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodology.

Education:

• BE, BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, MSc in Computer Science, or MCA.
