Skills, expertise, competence

  • Has expert understanding of Blue Yonder Luminate data model and profound knowledge of Core data models
  • Has profound understanding of algorithms and architecture in all of the Luminate solutions
  • Has expert understanding of data quality defects that can cause quality issues to outcomes. Guides team and Customer on how to resolve defects and improve data quality. Understands implications on operate and improves setup for a better operational value.
  • Take ownership of the customer during BAU and ensure that the customer is happy with the adjustments asked and is performing optimally
  • Sets up Luminate software stack without expert guidance and guides others on how to improve the setup
  • Has regular touchpoints with Product Development teams to ensure that they are up-to-date with customer expectations
  • Performs model analyses and reviews results with less experienced peers and plays results back to customer, and guides customer on what to improve to achieve better outcomes
  • Has expert knowledge in statistics and ML/AI algorithms, solutions, and KPIs
  • Has profound knowledge of industry-standard demand and fulfil algorithms and knows how they compare to the Luminate portfolio
  • Has basic end to end knowledge of Retail/Manufacturing supply chain processes
  • Has basic e2e view of how Luminate solutions interplay with other BY applications
  • Has a profound view of efforts of tasks and supports SAs and PMs in planning milestones and resources
  • Plans and develops re-useable components
  • Can perform small DS POC on his/her own
  • Focus on escalation free delivery

  • Perceived as expert and go-to person for all Luminate solutions
  • Mentors and guides other DSCs
  • Liaisons with Product Development and other teams to resolve issues and position required features
  • Proactively drives initiatives to enhance deployment of our solutions

  • Presents data and model stories to customers without any support from senior peers, leads customer workshops
  • Perceived as expert and go-to person for all Luminate solutions
  • Perceived as expert in statistics and AI/ML
