Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation in easy-to-understand and simple language
• Create user guides, API documentation, microcopies, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products
• Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and independently gather information from subject matter experts 
• Work better on deadlines.

Mandatory Skills.

• 3-5 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer
• Experience creating developer documentation, installation & integration guides
• Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of building and hosting websites
• Thorough understanding of the working of a SaaS product
• Previous experience managing a team of writers
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Intellectually curious and learner for life
