Technical Lead - Backend Development

What You Must Have:

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, from Tier-1 engineering institutes
• 4+ years of Software Development experience in a product development setup
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of Software engineers (strict criteria), preferably in a Product based Startup environment
• Extremely self-motivated and autonomous.
• Strong data structures and algorithm skills
• Designing database schemas and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architectural patterns
• Deep experience of building systems at a massive scale
