What is expected from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/related field and :8 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
• Solid understanding on Automation Testing concepts. The candidate should be able to implement automation/performance strategy, and guide automation/performance testing team.
• Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks like Robot Framework, POM with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid)
• Hands-On Experience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of Test Automation Integration with DevOps Pipleline and CI/CD.
• Preferred experience on Mobile Application Automation with Appium
• Self-Starter, adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn, understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams.
• Experience in driving small to medium size projects and the relevant Performance indicators and metrics
