Workplace Type : In-Office

Exp Range : 0 to 1 Year

CTC : 4 TO 5 LPA (Will be revised post probation period)

Note: Once hired you will be on probation for 6 months to 1 Year and may get converted on permanent role based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Gain hands-on experience in Full Stack development by actively participating in all stages of the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Assist in the implementation of front-end and back-end functionalities using relevant technologies, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify areas for improvement, and promote the adoption of best practices.
• Learn and apply industry-standard software development methodologies, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with technical proficiency in React and other full-stack frameworks, demonstrating a solid understanding of modern web development principles and practices.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API development, with the ability to effectively integrate data sources into web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and seeking opportunities for self-improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
