The Role
The UI/UX Lead will oversee the design and implementation of user interfaces and user experiences for our mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile design principles, a strong creative vision, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of designers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless and visually appealing mobile experiences that delight users.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead and Mentor:
    • Guide and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality design output
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team
  • Design and Development:
    • Lead the design process from concept to execution for mobile applications
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile interfaces
    • Ensure consistency and coherence in the design language across all mobile platforms
  • User-Centered Design:
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
  • Mobile Design Expertise:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile design
    • Implement responsive and adaptive design techniques to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards
    • Communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders effectively

What You Bring to The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
  • Strong understanding of mobile design principles, guidelines, and best practices
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Portfolio showcasing successful mobile design projects
