Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research to understand customer needs and translate insights into design decisions.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Design consistent, on-brand user experiences that enhance the usability of our products.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to innovate and improve our UI/UX practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or maritime/logistics applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
