Job Description

• WordPress Development: Design, develop, and customize WordPress themes and plugins. Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• SharePoint Development: Develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, apps, workflows, and site collections that facilitate collaboration and streamline business processes.
• Maintenance and Security: Regularly update and maintain WordPress and SharePoint platforms, ensuring high performance, availability, and security against threats.
• Content Management: Assist in content strategy and management across platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and SEO optimization.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, and create documentation and training materials to help non-technical staff effectively use both platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor website and intranet performance, implement improvements for speed and efficiency, and ensure scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, and business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions that support business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in WordPress and SharePoint development, including custom themes, plugins, web parts, and workflows.
• Strong programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, and integrating various systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with security protocols, authentication, and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
