 Drawing study and planning for process design
 Prepare drawings of components as per customer specifications and further designing the tool for developing the component.
 Responsible for Tool Design for new part development/old part modification
 Issue drawing for tooling/gauges
 Responsible for tasks of analysing the components to ensure process design criteria and specific requirements.
 Analyzing the tool design and ensure modification if necessary in tool to achieve correct dimensions as per customer requirements.
 Drawing issual for wirecut/VMC/CNC machining process
 Process checklist design
 Supervise a team of 12 operators along with 3 staff personnel (Design & Tool Room)
 Preparing entire planning and execution of a new developing part, following-up through entire process.
