Hello! I'm Jessica! I love exploring different subjects, cultures, people and their stories. I am a Solution Engineer by profession, an avid reader, animal lover and public speaker. I enjoy finding ways outside of the box, to solve problems my colleagues and I face at work and I definitely love sharing my learnings and experiences with my fellow earth dwellers. I believe that we were put on this planet to thrive, not just survive and that no matter which stream, course, subject or field we are currently pursuing - our end goal is always to serve humanity and make the world a better place to live in. Since I am a Solution Engineer and Product Consultant at Freshworks, I come with a natural innate ability to sift through engineering as well as business problems, identify the pain points, no matter what they are, and help you implement the solutions needed to turn things around!
