Experienced IT professional with a solid background knowledge in e-commerce domain. Currently working as a Product Solutioning Consultant with the Professional Services team at Bloomreach. Below are some of my roles and responsibilities at Bloomreach as a Solutions Consultant: * Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the overall Bloomreach product portfolio and the competitive landscape * Lead the technical discovery phase and prepare/deliver technical presentations explaining Bloomreach products to partner prospects and partner customers * Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition * Manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote * Enable the partner to execute technical proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote * Lead a small team of Integration Engineers who work on technical integrations with various clients of Bloomreach * Create and communicate the best practices, train and lead the technical enablement of Bloomreach partners * Convey feature input and customer requirements to Product Management teams * Collaborate with Partner Manager and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support * Liaise with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide consultative technical expertise for all customer needs * Effectively communicate & build confidence with customers across teams (Engineering, Product, and Sales) Prior to joining Bloomreach, I worked as an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer for 6 years with various organizations like Sapient, Accenture, Intel and McAfee. I developed a deep understanding of CMS tools and an interest in its related technologies during this time. I also gained a lot of exposure to e-commerce domain and loved solving the problems and challenges thrown at me. Prior to that, at the start of my career, I worked as a Java Developer with IBM Software Labs for 2 years. I built some internal tools using Java and frontend technologies which helped the organization in automating some manual activities for analyzing data and reporting.
