I have been involved into the information security domain right from the start of my career. My current role is to drive Presales activity for solution addressing AI/ML based endpoint security, XDR, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Asset discover, Vulnerability Assessment, Log Management, Attack Surface Management, driving events presentation for prospects and customers. Previously involved in implementation and migration activities around various deliverables in Microsoft PKI, Safenet Luna SA and Protect Server HSM, HID Card Managemet System and Venafi Certificate Management System domain. Driving parallel operational activities with the team of 6 enthusiasts on the projects already delivered. Previous role had been to provide technical troubleshooting assistance to world wide customer base specially on Identity Access and management and cryptography domain. My Role included assisting Pre sales team on the technical issues being raised by the prospects, Replicating the issues being reported by our existing customers and getting involved with R&D to build fixes. Occasionally, providing professional services assistance to our potential customers (Onsite Product Implementation and Integration), Handling Product documentation and Trainings portfolio. Authentication and Access Control - OTP solutions(Gemalto ID Confirm), PKI based smart cards(Gemalto ID Prime MD,.NET), and solutions around them, Gemalto eSigner token, Identity and Access Management), Card Management System(HID Activ ID, Gemalto CMS). Network Security - IPSec VPN(Safenet HA Remote), Content Filtering Solutions(Aladdin eSafe), Trend Micro AntiVirus
