Responsibilities:
• I was part of Devops Batch Support and I was responsible to work on ETL applications (Datastage) and Mainframe Applications.
• Analyze Defects related to Batch which includes below checks:
• 1) Why was Data missed?
• 2) Why was incorrect data populated?
• 3) How to get correct and missed data back in Databases?
• Monitor Idash Dashboard (Tableau) status and fix if any issue occurs.
• Also I need to analyze repetitive failures and do permanent fix, Tuning of Jobs.
• Oracle is the primary Database used.
• We are using CA7 for Mainframe scheduling and Autosys for Distributed scheduling.
• Worked on Data mining task related to OMNI.

Responsibilities:
SFC(Simplified forcefull closer):
• Denmark region reporting was done via BASE SAS system initially and we were responsible to Develop Datastage jobs to migrate whole system from BASE SAS to Teradata.
• 42 reporting DA(Delivery agreements ) were migrated as part of the project.

BR(Business Reporting):
• I had worked on CDW(Common Data Warehouse) where I was supposed to work on incidents by analyzing Teradata Procedure , Datastage Jobs and Mainframe Application.
• I had supported L2 activities of Production Batches and answer incidents for below issues:
• 1) Why was Data missed?
• 2) Why was incorrect data populated?
• 3) How to get correct and missed data back in Databases?


GAI(Global Accounting Interfaece)
• I had to support all the GAI related DataStage issues based on Daily cycles where Source system was Mainframe and target was SAP and Teradata. I had successfully met all the targets that were set for me.
• We were also responsible for FATCA and CRS reporting. Source was CSV file and Target was xml file.
• I have also worked on Teradata, as this is the primary database that is being used by our client.
