Over 14+ years of experience in strategic and operational Human Resource Management in IT, management consulting and market research industries. Have experience of working in both start-ups as well as large complex companies. I started my career with a start-up - MarketsandMarkets, one of India's most successful market research company. I was a part of the early teams at MnM and played a key role in establishing the entire HR function - right from building manpower, conceptualization and development of various HR practices and change management efforts for business integration.
