* Minimise the the billing loss by constant endeavor by streamlining stringent measures arising out of over or under utilization of resources on on all engagements.
* Scheduling weekly meetings with Talent Acquisition team to take stock of the updates on hiring strategies and highlighting the gaps for critical open positions.
* Partnering with Business HR for onboarding, PIP feedbacks, exit cases, data synchronization between HR and RMG.
* Publishing MIS and Dashboards on a weekly/monthly basis
