• Built an MVP first targeting two aspects 1. To show precise user analytics of funnel with deep Magento integration 2. With this, we identified users are taking on average 4 min to place COD orders and 13 mins to place prepaid orders. Identified multiple corner error situations for users on the checkout page.
• Subsequently, we tried integrating WhatsApp API to send abandoned cart messages. However, we identified almost 40% of users chose to opt out and only a meager 1% converted.
• Built a plugin for eCommerce to integrate Facebook Meta pixel along with Server Side conversion integration to improve the degrading performance of campaigns with third-party cookies being blocked on Safari & Firefox. We have recently made this change live, results are awaiting.
