Project Summary:
This project is focused upon the telecom market of NCR circle. Aircel is the fourth largest telecom service provider in India. It has already established itself as the cheapest data services provider in the country. But the presence of big players like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea is still a threat. Aircel has to really come up with some very appealing and smart ways in order to make its strong position in the Indian telecom market.
This is one such step towards it. With this effort Aircel wants to increase the Visibility of Brand-AIRCEL. Clearly Brand visibility is the first step to grab customer attention.
This is a quantitative research backed by initial qualitative research insights. To increase the Brand Visibility of Aircel I collected data from a sample size of around 200 retailers from all the four zones of NCR circle. Questions with respect to the Retailers preference of a particular brand and also on ten attributes (obtained from qualitative research) were asked.
Further recommendations were given on the basis of the results obtained from statistical analysis like Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression.
