About The Role
As an Advisory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to clients utilizing Diligent’s cutting-edge SaaS platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise in Python, ACL (Audit Command Language), and coding to support audit, compliance, and risk management solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and configure SaaS solutions accordingly.
• Develop and customize scripts using Python and ACL to enhance platform functionality and automation.
• Support the implementation and integration of Diligent’s SaaS solutions into client environments.
• Perform data analytics and reporting tasks to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform configuration, scripting, and integration.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Document client requirements, solutions, and best practices for internal and client use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills And Experience

• Strong experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in ACL (Audit Command Language) for audit analytics and process automation.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, particularly in the areas of audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Ability to configure and customize SaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
• Strong skills in data manipulation, cleansing, and reporting.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Python, data analytics, or ACL scripting.
• Experience in audit, governance, risk, or compliance domains.
• Familiarity with Diligent’s product suite or similar SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
