Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

2+ Years of experience in a Technical Product support role
Proficient in writing SQL queries to analyze and identify data issues
Prior scripting experience with Bash, Python, Ruby, PHP etc
Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, ability to work out of a terminal
Analytical and debugging skills
Previous programming experience is a plus
Experience working with RESTful APIs is a plus
