Senior/Principal Engineer – Cloud Security TAC/Escalation

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands on experience in the domain of Security protocols and features from a troubleshooting standpoint.
• Troubleshooting network security related issues in production networks
• Replicate the customer issues in lab environment
• Work with engineering teams to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
• Work on problems of diverse scope
• Create knowledge articles for subordinates and other team members
• Should have a strong background in supporting Security protocols and features (knowledge of SDWAN/SASE/SSE is a plus)

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in troubleshooting network security issues (IPsec, SSL vpns, Authentication, Captive portal, AV, IPS, Radius, ACLs, Web Proxy, DNS Proxy and all aspects of Cloud security)
• Should have a good understanding of CA-certs, CA-chain, with exposure to troubleshooting SSL VPNs and SSL forward proxy
• Knowledge of Routing/Switching, specifically OSPF & BGP, is a plus
