The Opportunity

JD: Associate III – Engineering Design

Roles and Responsibility

• Project manage the Packaging & Logistics Non-Compliances by connecting with various stakeholders to have adequate information.
• Analyze root cause of failures and drive for containment / corrective action.
• Drive and coordinate communication with suppliers.
• Identify RISKs & present project status reports to the stakeholders.

Skills Required

• 5~10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. (Major factor would be to assess the adaptability factor, so that we can mold him/her to diverse projects within Supplier engineering Org from long term perspective)
• Packaging degree or certification will added advantage but not mandatory.
• Usage and general understanding of SAP is good to have but not mandatory.
• 3D modeling expertise is good to have not mandatory.
• Adaptability to work on diverse projects within Supplier engineering team.
• Strong communication skills & ability to work with Cross Functional Teams.
• Good analytical capability and Problem-solving skills.
