What your daily activities look like:

As a Node.js Developer with AWS expertise, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your deep understanding of Node.js and AWS services will be crucial in optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure and ensuring seamless application deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement AWS cloud solutions, leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
• Architect, deploy, and manage microservices-based applications on AWS.
• Optimize application performance and resource utilization through AWS monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Node.js and AWS ecosystem.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a minimum 9 CGPA overall.
• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer for a minimum of 2 years, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in backend development.
• Expertise in AWS services for a minimum of 2 years , with hands-on experience in architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications.
• Solid understanding of serverless architecture and experience with AWS Lambda functions.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and familiarity with AWS database services.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (a plus).
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code reviews.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
