Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Chatbot Developer/Designer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer/Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative chatbot solutions to enhance customer engagements on various messaging channels. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a Full-Time opportunity.
Qualifications And Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development and design.
- Strong knowledge of conversational AI technologies and concepts.
- Proficiency in designing chatbot dialogues and flows.
- Experience with NLP and voice chat AI.
- Proven expertise in developing chatbot solutions using tools like Dialogue flow.
- Ability to customize chatbot functionalities based on client requirements.
- Good understanding of industry-specific chatbot use cases.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities..
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using AI and natural language processing (NLP) engines.
- Create and refine chatbot dialogues and flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Customize chatbot functionalities based on client requirements and industry-specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions.
- Optimize chatbot performance and enhance its functionalities through continuous testing and iteration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve customer engagements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot performance or functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior chatbot developers/designers as needed.
