Prismforce founding team is comprised of deep domain and product management experts McKinsey, Amazon, Uber alums, complimented by IITian technology enthusiasts and designers with a passion to reimagine this space with distinctive products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Kolkata

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Prismforce and its features across primary market segments

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent from a premier institute.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, or Product Engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS space Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product strategies. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
