Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize website structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking for enhanced search engine visibility.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header tags, and keyword placement, to improve website rankings.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and ensure content is optimized for search engines.
- Manage link-building activities and develop a strong backlink profile to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO techniques, algorithms, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development frameworks.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize their workload according to changing needs.

Compensation:

The Work Hours and Work Locations:
Work Hours: You are expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST. Keep in mind that being a startup, you may have to stretch from time to time depending on your workload and deadlines.
Work Location: Pune (Work from Office).

What does the recruitment process look like?
- Assignment submission.
- Interview Rounds: Once shortlisted we usually do about 2-3 rounds of interviews and deep reference checks.
