As an HR Business Partner in our Healthcare Business Unit, you will act as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees, driving the people's agenda in alignment with business goals. This role encompasses comprehensive HR responsibilities from strategic business partnering, employee engagement, and performance management, to employee relations, ensuring the development and well-being of employees across the business unit.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with leadership to understand business
- objectives and support key priorities.
- Monitor and manage staffing levels according to approved plans,
- managing deviations as needed.
- Implement and oversee HR-related policies and processes for
- employee changes such as new hires and terminations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related concerns,
- maintaining high visibility and accessibility to leaders and staff.
Performance and Development:
- Facilitate the setting of Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees,
- ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, providing insights to
- stakeholders to ensure evaluations are fair and reflective of both
- industry and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify
- training needs and organize developmental programs to enhance
- employee skills.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture based on feedback from engagement surveys and direct interactions with employees.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
- Capture the pulse of the floor by regularly engaging with employees, and facilitating the collection of feedback to enable proactive organizational measures.
Feedback and Communication:
- Oversee the transition of employees between projects or business
- units, capturing and utilizing feedback to improve processes and
- employee satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and effective sharing of quarterly feedback to
- promote continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients quarterly to gather feedback on employee
- performance and development, supporting the growth and
- continuity of each individual.
Change Management:
- Lead HR-related change initiatives, managing communication and implementation to ensure smooth transitions within the function.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years in a strategic HR business partner role within an MNC or IT Product organization.
- Experience in managing comprehensive HR interventions for mid to large-sized organizations.
- Experience in the Healthcare or Pharma industry is preferred.
- Ability to be coachable and open to feedback. Quick learner, demonstrated ability
- to work well under pressure and work well with others.
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and interact productively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret business scenarios.
- Experience in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
