Coditas Technologies is looking for an energetic and dynamic Global Sales Head to lead our global sales efforts. Based in Pune (Viman Nagar) Coditas is a rapidly growing IT services company. We need a hands-on leader who has successfully driven sales for new-age IT services, consulting, and solutions companies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the US and global markets, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute global sales strategies while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Experience in selling GenAI (Generative AI) solutions is highly desirable.

Role: Global Sales Head - IT Services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US and global markets, focusing on IT services, consulting, and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and market needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, particularly in GenAI solutions, to effectively position Coditas' offerings.
- Represent Coditas Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts.
- Set up and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing AI tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the IT services industry, particularly with new-age consulting and solutions companies.
- Strong understanding of global markets, with significant experience in the US market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach and focus on achieving results.
- Energetic and dynamic personality, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Experience in selling GenAI (Generative AI) solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
